Dr. Annie Vance’s Continuing Education

Maintaining and improving qualifications is an important part of being a Marriage and Family Therapist. Every year we are required to take Continuing Education Units. Some are gained at conferences, some are earned at workshops in group settings, or in classes on-line. You can be confident that Dr Annie Vance is conscientious about this. She participates in various courses of interest on an ongoing basis She enjoys the mental massage these provide and the opportunity for personal and professional growth in areas of interest while networking with peers. At Aloha Concepts Counseling, being well-qualified to help patients through various situations requires a diverse background of training in a variety of therapeutic methods. Annie has a Doctorate of Philosophy Degree in Christian Counseling Psychology and is trained as a Clinical Pastoral Counselor, in addition to her Master's Degree in Marriage Family Therapy and Art Therapy. These are some of the workshops and courses she has attended recently.

She is a proud member of professional organizations like the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
